I was going to host an online yard sale today...but I don't feel the time is quite right. We could get together on it...you could host your own sale and link to mine... just an idea. Kind of like having everyone bring their own stuff to the flea market. Let's talk about it.
In the meantime, I snapped a few more very supremely informal views of my normal living space today in which:
::Vintage suitcases hold toys.
::Dogs wear sleep masks (borrowed from the 6-year-old who purchased the much coveted mask at a local thrift with her allowance) and sleep on wool hand-knitted blankets ($5, local thrift.)
:: Breakfast is served on second-hand mis-matched china.
:: Cocktail hour is served on a vintage iron table with butterfly chairs. (with a rescue dog underfoot.)
:: art doo-dads are dumped into many thrifted baskets (many.) and more importantly, the pretty fountain out the window was given to me from a friend that moved to the city.
:: Ducks swim in vintage pools (there are at least three around the property, all different.)
