I'm hosting a giveaway today. It's what I do. I'm a giver. See the Mama Tank? Yours. (It's a medium, but if you need another size, let me know. ) Just leave a comment and you'll be entered. Ok, ok...if you really want to, you can mention my Etsy shop in your blog- if you have one. No pressure. (And many of you already have mentioned me- so...don't feel obliged to do it again.) Don't have a blog? How about a Facebook page with a link to my shop? That would be sweeeeeeet! But you can do absolutely nothing and still enter. I just hope you win the Mama Tank (it's not only for Mama's, any dude could rock this thang! Maybe not. But Maybe! It's a thought. A bad one. But....then again...who knows!?)
Do you like the sweatshirt? (I hope so because I just ordered more.)You will want to wear this all the time. I have one on right now and they are soooo cozy. There will be more coming soon to the store!
Ok. Enough about my giveaway and new hoodies. I'm going to work a little more today and then I'm going to take a walk and move my...what are they called again?? Oh yeah, legs.
Then I'm going to work in my garden. Hey... by the way: Did you know that I have had some really traumatic gardening years? Yes. Do you know the money I've spent and lost because the soil was bad, the plants were eaten, my tomato plants had a personal vendetta against me, my broccoli was filled with aphids and my compost pile SUCKED? Do you you know how much all this has cost me?
Well...let's let bygones be bygones because those dollars are gone and they're not coming back. The good news is, those garden issues are also gone and behind me! Yep. My compost pile rocks and is full of red wigglers (a good thing.) And...thank the flipping universe for bird netting! After I had bought and lost maybe...say...10,000 lettuce starters (maybe more), I finally one day saw a bunch of birds out there noshing on my salad greens! And I was like....YOU! YOU DID IT! YOU ATE MY LETTUCE! Then I was like....I'm gonna kill two birds with ONE STONE! Then I was like: Nah. You're cute you little birds. I love you. Peace? Cool. Then I ran, not walked, to get bird netting from the nursery. And now ...well...check it....my baby lettuce is so beautiful. All because of bird netting. WHO KNEW!
Here's my moral: Let life run you down until you figure out what the f*** the problem is. Then fix it.
Those words are SO golden. They will certainly put such a quote in one of those fancy books full of quotations one day. I just know it! My hopes are high!
It's super to catch up with you on this Monday. Want a heart tank? Cool.
